Bringing Hope to the Sahel: Support Displaced Families

Amidst the vast expanse of the Sahel region, a silent crisis is unfolding, affecting countless families displaced by violence and conflict. Their struggle may not make headlines, but we are here to make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.

In Koudougou, Burkina Faso, our missionaries are answering the call for help. Father Simon Chege, M.Afr., and Father Eudenio Jover, M.Afr., know firsthand the impact of displacement, having experienced it themselves due to terrorism. Now, they are extending a helping hand to those in need.

Your Impact Matters

As the Director of Development at Missionaries of Africa, I’ve witnessed the urgency of the situation. Families lack essentials like water, food, and shelter. Your contribution, no matter its size, can be the turning point in their lives.

Be the Beacon of Hope

Bishop Alfred Agyenta of Ghana once shared that generosity illuminates the darkest times. Your support can light up the lives of displaced families, offering them hope for a better tomorrow.

Join Us in Spreading Hope

Your compassion and generosity empower us to create change. Together, let’s bring hope to the Sahel region and uplift those who need it most.

With Gratitude,

Chris

“The situation has forced many people to flee their villages and end up begging on the streets or in camps for displaced people. Most of the people in the northern area of the country (Sahel region) left the area because of violent attacks by armed groups. While fleeing they left everything behind in their homes and villages. These families who left everything now face extreme poverty.” Father Eudenio Jover, M.Afr.
