Father Francis Bomansaan, M.Afr., Named Bishop of Wa, Ghana

Father Francis Bomansaan, M.Afr.

The Holy Father has appointed Father Francis Bomansaan, M.Afr., a Missionary of Africa, as Bishop of the Diocese of Wa, Ghana. The appointment was made on May 22, 2024, and the episcopal ordination is scheduled for August 2nd. Father Bomansaan has served in many roles with the Missionaries of Africa, including serving as deputy superior general of the Missionaries of Africa since 2022.
